Julianne Hobby is a Canadian singer and songwriter known for her crystalline vocals and powerful stage presence.

A recent breakaway in country music, Julianne has crafted bright, sun-drenched singles, as well as timeless songs, steeped in tradition. Following the release of her debut album, Country Lungs, she has performed her music at the Calgary Stampede and been featured on CBC Radio and country radio stations across Ontario.

She is the creator and producer of Julianne Hobby’s Country Christmas Classic, a joyful, full-length holiday production that showcases her ability to blend music, dance, and storytelling.

Originally from London, Ontario, Julianne completed professional ballet training at Canada's National Ballet School before studying Musical Theatre and classical voice. Her performance career has included appearances with Opera Atelier, The Stratford Festival, Mirvish Productions, and the North American tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Wizard of Oz, where she stepped into the role of Glinda, and performed in major venues across the U.s., including The Smith Center, Las Vegas and Hollywood Pantages Theatre, Los Angeles.

When not singing high notes, Julianne can be found doing dance aerobics (with her chihuahuas).
